Thanks to this product we are going back of approx. one century.
Following carefully the old proceedings of Mrs. Bianca Rosa Gremmo Zumaglini’s recipes, 7 different vegetables (carrot, celery, fennel, French bean, radish, cauliflower and sweet pepper), picked into garden, have to be washed and cut in small pieces by hand.
After having scalded them in wine and vinegar mixture, they have to be pot and submerged with a good white wine vinegar together with mustard grains, black pepper, salt, cane sugar, cloves and extra-virgin olive oil.
The taste and crispy vegetables together with this good vinegar flavour exalt these pickled vegetables for a perfect combination with boiled meat or fish.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, carrots, celery, red peppers, fennel, green beans, onions ( total vegetables 60%), Pinot Grigio vinegar (30%), bay leaves, pepper, cloves, thyme, mustard seeds, sugar, salt.
