The production model is based on the control of the whole chain, from harvesting to storage, up to processing and to the finished product, and on the extraordinary quality of the raw material combined with processing techniques that, though still traditional, combine the mastery of craftsmanship with the use of perfected machinery. Organoleptic characteristics

The pistachio is rich in mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus and potassium), it is characterized by an intense aroma and particularly savory taste and presents an emerald color, characteristic of their own Sicilian origin.

Preparation

These are natural pistachios. In fact, after a long harvest, these pistachios are made to dry naturally in the sun and are not subject to salt addition, resulting in less sodium compared to commonly traded pistachios of foreign origin.

Tips for Use

They can be consumed as snacks, to make desserts and decorations of first and second courses.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
