The Dinette of Balsamic – White Seasoning – Vinegar of The Borgo

Il Condimento Bianco del Tinello is a sweet and sour condiment made from white grape juice and wine vinegar. The grape juice does not undergo firings but is concentrated with mechanical methods that eliminate part of the water and keep the white color transparent. The delicate taste goes well with fish or vegetable recipes, but also with sweet dishes.
