The Juicy – Dolcemela – Apple Sweet and Sour Dressing – Vinegar of The Borgo

Apple Dressing is a dark-colored dressing made from a limpid apple juice, acetified with apple vinegar and mixed with our aged dressing. Product refined in Barriques.

A perfect balm for cheeses or “brave” combinations (even on bread). Dense, fragrant, sweet but full-bodied, with a touch of sweet acidity.

Acidity less than 5%.
