Grains Recipe

Bread of type “0” with grain flakes and olive oil. Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type “0”, water, olive oil, oat flakes, spelt flakes, barley flakes, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, natural yeast, sea salt, malted wheat flour. Treated with ethyl alcohol (obtained from grains). Bread consistency is soft, with grain flakes solid but not hard, flakes easy to chew. Medium amber color, fragrant aroma, full and pleasant taste.
