Oliveri – Porcini Mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Porcini mushrooms from the Piedmont woods have a firm, fleshy texture and a delicate appearance. They are handcrafted according to a recipe handed down for generations by the Oliveri family, in a natural way, without the use of chemical additives.

Oliveri – Porcini Mushroom Cream

An artisanal pâté made with precious porcini mushrooms from the Alto Monferrato that are processed with extra virgin Italian olive oil to create a cream with a velvety consistency. Ideal not only for seasoning pasta and risotto but also for spreading on toasted bread.

Marco Giacosa – Hand-Cut Tajarin Pasta

Soft and light, with a porous texture ready to welcome the sauce, Giacosa tajarini are processed cold and cut by hand to offer you the best of the Langhe culinary tradition. To be tasted with porcini mushrooms or seasoned with simple melted butter and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Excellent also in broth or with fish sauce.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs, 00 flour.

Tartufi Ponzio – White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil

From the historic brand Tartufi Ponzio, an extra virgin olive oil with the renowned white truffle (also known as Tartufo d’Alba) the most sought-after truffle variety in the world. This harmonious oil is ideal for seasoning pasta or for flavoring eggs, meat, vegetables and cheeses.

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, white truffle.

Adriano Marco and Vittorio – Barbera d’Alba Superiore D.O.C.

From the heart of the Langhe, a ruby red wine with a full, complex and harmonious taste and scents of blackberries, spices and jam. It goes well with first courses, meats and medium-aged cheeses and, of course, mushrooms and truffles.
