The Producers

Altalanga – Hazelnuts Covered with Dark Chocolate

The particular taste obtained by the encounter of toasted hazelnuts with 63% dark chocolate will amaze anyone who tastes the small “black pearls”. The doses of the two main ingredients combine so well that they also win over the most demanding palates.

Mauro – Baci di Dama

The Baci di Dama are a timeless classic of Italian confectionery, masterfully interpreted by Mauro’s master confectioners. These Baci di Dama are composed only of hazelnuts and have dark, very dark chocolate in the center. Furthermore, they come always in pairs: one white and one black.

Mauro – Krumiri

Krumiri are the typical biscuits of Casale Monferrato. Born in 1878, it is said that the traditional form resembles a mustache in homage to King Vittorio Emanuele II. Mauro’s Krumiri are genuine and contain selected ingredients such as 100% natural vanilla.

Spes – Gianduiotti

Since 1970 Spes is a high reference of this symbolic product of Turin. Created with chocolate gianduia of the highest and excellent quality and Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. These small chocolates in the shape of an upturned boat are an inevitable taste of Piemonte.

Spes – Hazelnut cream

The hazelnut cream is like eating a loose gianduiotto, ready to be spread on a slice of fragrant bread. This cream of hazelnuts and cocoa comes from craftsmanship, produces in very small quantities to ensure excellent quality.

Adriano Marco and Vittorio – Moscato d’Asti D.O.C.G.

It is a sweet and aromatic sparkling wine, vinified with white Moscato grapes. It has an inviting aroma with hints of sage flowers, lemon, lime and acacia and fruits like apricot and peach … delicately aromatic accompanies fresh desserts, biscuits and fruit well.

Grape variety: 100% Moscato.
