The Producers

Campidoglio – Amaretti di Sicilia

The master confectioners – thanks to the quality of local almonds, the honey of the Nebrodi Park and the totally artisanal processing – get a perfect combination between right consistency of the dough and a delicate aroma, where the taste of sugar is hardly felt. Organic and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Sicilian almonds, sugar, vanilla, egg white, honey, sorbitol syrup, fructose.

Vincente Delicacies – Arabesque

A poetic name “Arabesque” to describe these little delights for the palate. The best dried fruit, worked with great care to maintain its taste and properties unaltered, is covered with the best quality white chocolate to obtain a true masterpiece. Ingredients: Pistachios from Bronte, white chocolate.

Vincente Delicacies – Pistachio Chunks

In Bronte the crunchy is called “turruni”, or nougat, but not to associate it with the idea of Christmas cake. The term derives from “torrere”, which means toasting. The pistachios used for the chunks, in fact, are toasted and worked for a long time before being added to the fragrant Sicilian orange blossom honey.

Donna Elvira – Modica Chocolate with Bolivia Mirroir Salt

Today, as then, the best zibibbo grapes, partly sun-dried Pantelleria, arises Arbaria, meditation wine, with a velvety, aromatic and sweet taste that goes perfectly with Sicilian sweets.
