The Producers

Alla Gusteria – Sweet and Sour Vegetables

With their taste halfway between sweet and sour, they are a perfect side dish to accompany meat or fish dishes. Perfect also for a rustic aperitif, served on toasted bread crostoni, the sweet and sour vegetables are an unusual and tasty appetizer or side dish. Prepared with Pinot Grigio vinegar and Balsamic vinegar of Modena are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, carrots, celery, red peppers, pinot grigio vinegar, Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves .

Martelli – Fusilli di Pisa

The Fusilli di Pisa are an ancient Tuscan pasta format whose origins date back to 1284. From true supporters of the Italian tradition we choose to enhance local agriculture. The selection of the best Italian durum wheat is ground by the Molino Borgioli of Calenzano; the semolina comes to us to join the cold water in a dough to perfection.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina.

Caccia E Corte – Chianina Meat Sauce

The intense, genuine and unique flavor of Chianina ragout brings back to mind the times when the sauces were made with passion, like the grandmother. This sauce is prepared with precious Chianina veal and Chianti wine for an exquisite seasoning. La Chianina is the bovine breed used for the famous Florentine rib.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp, veal (Chianina IGP), 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, red onions, Chianti red wine, carrots, celery, parsley, salt and black pepper.

Frantoio Franci – “Villa Magra” Extra Virgin Olive Oil Intense Fruity Selection

Intense fruity extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked olives on the hills of Montenero d’Orcia from an excellent producer. The nose is an elegant and powerful oil with aromas of green olive, fresh and pungent herbaceous. The palate is harmonious with a powerful and rich vegetable charge in which artichoke and cardoon dominate.

Ingredients: Olives: 50% “Corregiolo” Frantoio, 35% Moraiolo, 15% Leccine.

Metinella – “Burberosso” Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G.

In the lands of Montepulciano is the noble wine that represents the highest enological expression. The Nobile of Metinella is among the best, aged for 18 months in large barrels and further refined in the bottle, has character to sell but can also be kind and refined.
