6. DELIVERY AND TITLE

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES

16. MISCELLANEOUS

16.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
16.2. No failure or delay by thenoblecrate.com in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right.
16.3. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may only be amended by thenoblecrate.com with notice provided through its platforms or other lawful means.
